Progress continues.  Down to approximately 232.  I became a bit ill during this period and drank lots of juice, not caring about the sugar/carb count.  For those who are not aware, carbs and sugar are treated the same.  It’s why when you look on the back of a food package, sugar is listed as a subset of total carbs.


Progress is positive.  No change happening.
